Do you ship internationally?
We currently have no plans of shipping internationally.

How long does shipping take?
In order to give you a fresh as possible delivery we have two postage days Tuesday and Wednesday. We bake your orders fresh on both those mornings, pack them and send them out express, this is why we need 2 business days to prepare and send out your order. During hotter months we reserve the right to hold onto orders if it is deemed to hot to ship and we cannot take responsibility if an order is left out all day in the heat, so please have your ordered shipped to an address where it can be accepted on the spot.

When do you ship out your brownies?
We ship our brownies out Monday through to Wednesday to make sure that they arrive the next day. We don't ship out on a Thursday in case there are delays and your brownie gets stuck in the mail over the weekend.

Our brownies are made fresh on the day that you order to ensure when they get to you they are full of flavour and are soft.
